The Street model has a more subtle look and is best suited for children who enjoy the look of city or trekking bikes. However, this is matter of taste. - What is the minimum height requirement for my child to ride a FirstBIKE? Thanks to the LowKit™ lowering kit, models with inflatable tires can be used by children from 2 ft 8 in. The Basic model with solid wheels can be used by children from 2 ft 7.5 in. However, this also depends on the length of the legs. When riding a balance bike the knees should be slightly bent while the feet are flat on the ground. วิธีการสั่งซื้อ และการชำระเงิน

1. เลือกสินค้าจากหน้าเว็บลงตะกร้า
2. หลังจากได้สินค้าตามต้องการให้ลูกค้าเลือก เช็คเอ้าท์
3. ทำการชำระเงิน ลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินผ่านธนาคารตามหมายเลขบัญชี บจก. เอมไบค์พลัส ธนาคาร กสิกรไทย 593-2177-333
4. หลังจากนั้นให้ทำการแจ้งชำระเงินชำระเงินที่เมนู แจ้งชำระเงิน
5. หลังจากทางร้านได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินทางร้านจะดำเนินการจัดส่งสินค้าให้ภาย 1-2 วัน ผ่านไปรษณีย์ หรือขนส่งเอกชนแล้วแต่กรณี (กรณีที่สินค้าหมด หรือไม่พร้อมจำหน่าย ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการโอนเงินคืนให้ลูกค้าเต็มจำนวน)

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยน คืนสินค้า และการคืนเงิน
1. ลูกค้าสามารถเปลี่ยน หรือคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า ในกรณีต่างๆดังนี้ สินค้ามีสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ สินค้ามีตำหนิ สินค้ามีสเปคไม่ตรงกับที่แจ้งไว้ เช่นสีขนาดไม่ตรงตามต้องการ
2. กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อทางร้านได้ที่หมายเลข 0805955573
3. ลูกค้าจะต้องส่งสินค้าที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนกลับมาที่บริษัท
4. สินค้าที่ส่งกลับมาจะต้องมีอุปกรณ์ต่างครบถ้วน เช่น ตัวสินค้า คู่มือ และส่วนประกอบสินค้าอื่น ต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่มิได้ถูกดัดแปลง แก้ไขมา่ก่อน
5. กรณีที่ทางบริษัทพิจารณาแล้วว่าสินค้ามีปัญหา ทางบริษัทจะส่งสินค้าตัวใหม่ไปให้ทันที
